Alapaha Commerce Center erosion repairs still discussed

Rick Patrick Riverbend News During their regular meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 4, members of the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners continued discussion on how to handle erosion problems at the Alapaha Commerce Center. County Attorney Andrew Decker informed the commissioners that the original construction company, Curt’s Construction Company, has now expressed an interest in discussing the completion of erosion repairs at the Commerce Center. Decker stated he did not feel Curt’s Construction had lived up to its contractual obligations.
