Lafayette FBLA wins state, several advance to nationals
Lafayette High School's (LHS) Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) has grown this year, allowing them to have the most recorded members with 45 high school members and seven middle school members. From Friday, March 24 through Monday, March 27, Lafayette FBLA took a total of 31 students to the Florida FBLA Convention, which was held in Orlando. This year was historic for both Florida FBLA and Lafayette FBLA. Florida FBLA made history with a total of 4,806 attendees, while Lafayette FBLA also made history by taking 31 competitors – the school’s highest recorded number.
