4-H awards presented in Hamilton County

By Beth Kerr Contributor Plaques, trophies, medallions, pins and certificates were awarded to Hamilton County 4-H members at a special program in September. Youth members earned awards by completing service to their club and community, completing a blue-ribbon project book and entering competitive events. Sixteen project books and four award applications were received and graded by extension staff. Project pins were earned by the following youth: Rio Lang, Austin Lang, Burke Foster, Brian Roelandts, John Roelandts, Abby McBrayer and Brandt Dieffenbach.  Seven members earned medallions for participation in the 4-H Virtual 5K: Rio Lang, Austin Lang, Olivia Lang, Burke Foster,
