On Thursday, Aug. 28, the Suwannee Swim team traveled to Glenn St. Mary, competing in 23 of 24 events against Baker County High. Suwannee collected 202 points, giving them the team win over Baker County by 54 points. Reed Hurst, Jake Kirkland and Oliviah Schneider qualified to compete in the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA) Meet set for Saturday, Oct. 4, in Ocala. |
Hurst qualified in the Boys 200 Freestyle (2:05.66) and the Boys 100 Freestyle (75.69). Kirkland qualified in the Boys 100 Breaststroke (1:14.08). Schneider qualified for the Girls 200 Individual Medley (2:39.54). Coach TJ Vickers stated this was a great accomplishment for both swimmers to qualify in their first meet. The Suwannee Bulldogs had a total of 13 first-place finishes and nine second-place finishes. |

| On Tuesday, September 9, Suwannee Swim team traveled to Lake City, competing in 21 of 24 events against Columbia High. Suwannee collected 180 points, coming up short of Columbia High School's 218. Jake Kirkland qualified for FSPA in the 100 freestyle tonight. | Aubrey Baum placed first in the Girls 200 Freestyle (2:25.71). Reed Hurst placed first in the Boys 200 Freestyle (2:07.31) and the Boys 50 Freestyle (26.06). Oliviah Schneider placed first in the Girls 200 Individual Medley (2:42.24). Brooklyn Long placed first in the Girls 50 Freestyle (28.45) and the Girls 100 Freestyle (1:02.91). Jacob Kirkland placed first in the Boys 100 Freestyle (58.06). Alexi Pack, O. Schneider, B. Long, and Julia Wainwright all placed first in the Girls 400 Freestyle Relay (4:32.84). |

On Thursday, October 9, Suwannee Swim team hosted Oak Hall and Baker County, competing in 22 of 24 events. Suwannee collected 157 points, shy 41 points of Oak Hall 198. |
Jacob Kirkland placed second place on both Boys 100 Breaststrokes (1:13.01) and 200 Freestyle Replay (1:48.22). Reed Hurst placed first in the Boys 200 Freestyle (2:05.62) and Boys 500 Freestyle (5:40.54). Oliviah Schneider placed first in both Girls 200 Freestyle IM (2:39.10) and Girls 100 Breaststroke (1:23.29) . Julia Wainwright placed second on 500 Freestyle (6:45.28). Brooklyn Long took first place in the Girls 50 Freestyle (28.61) and Girls 100 Freestyle (1:03.92). |
