Carlei Ruff models during New York Fashion Week

The event, which started on Thursday, Sept. 11, and ended on Sunday, Sept. 14, showcased the latest fashion trends worn by models throughout the world. For 11-year-old Ruff, it was her first time modeling and visiting New York City. "I modeled for the first time because I won the Little Miss North Florida pageant, and every year, the winner gets to go to New York and model," Ruff said. She noted two of the highlights of the trip to New York were visiting Trump Tower and the Sta
