16 ARRESTED in Lafayette County during lengthy drug bust

Christian Peterson  Reporter@riverbendnews.org The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has obtained and served 16 arrest warrants in Lafayette County, Fla. The LCSO with assistance from Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, Taylor County Sheriff’s Office, Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office, Perry Police Department, Lake City Police Department, North Star Multijurisdictional Drug Task Force, United States Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) conducted a long-term investigation targeting individuals who actively engage in the sales of illicit narcotics.
