Lafayette Public Works Director retires

The meeting began with the approval of the minutes and an update from the department heads. The main item of note was a letter of resignation from public works director Scott Sadler. After this, the board moved into its regular items. First was a presentation by Jennifer Anchors and Eva Bolton with United Way. They told the board that they were trying to increase their visibility and were looking to help fund non-profits in the area.
