Mayor raises concerns over proposed affordable housing project

On Tuesday, April 9, the Live Oak City Council met for its regularly scheduled meeting. The meeting began with the approval of the evening's agenda, along with the previous meeting's minutes. The council then turned to hear public comment. The first person was Moses Clepper, who spoke on the recently proposed annexation of property and the plan to put affordable housing out there. Clepper told the council that he was opposed to it, stating the company hired for the process had poor reviews from customers.
