Hurricane Center changing way it reports storms (Extremely active 2024 season expected)

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is reported to be experimenting with new graphics for the coming hurricane season, which some early forecasts are already indicating will be a potentially supercharged one due to the return of La Niña and record warm water temperatures across the Atlantic Ocean.
