General Mills Foodservice Contributor Celebrating the best biscuit creations on menus nationwide, General Mills Foodservice announces the four finalists in its Second Annual Biskies™ Recipe Contest, who will each receive at least a $5,000 cash prize and qualify for the $20,000 grand prize.
