The Live Oak Fire Department is rallying the community to support the Cato family during a challenging time. Nine-year-old Jade Cato, daughter of Jamie and Wade Cato, has recently been diagnosed with a rare form of childhood leukemia, placing significant strain on the family as they navigate her treatment and care.
To assist the Cato family during this difficult period, the Live Oak Fire Department is Supporters can contribute to the fundraiser by purchasing a plate for pickup or delivery on-site. Orders can be placed in advance by calling the Live Oak Fire Department at (386) 362-1313. Additionally, dinners can be ordered onsite at the Live Oak Fire Department, located at 20 Duval St NE on Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly to the Cato family to assist with medical expenses and other needs during this challenging time.
"We are grateful for the outpouring of support from the community," said Williams. "The love and generosity shown to this family mean the world to us as we focus on Jade's treatment and recovery."
