Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners approve salary adjustments

Bea Coker reporter2.riverbendnews@gmail.com On Tuesday, Feb. 6, the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners held its regular meeting chaired by Richie McCoy. The meeting opened with UF/IFAS Extension Agent Greg Hicks proposing a salary adjustment for himself and 4-H Director Beth Kerr. The adjustment was approved by the board following a motion by Commissioner Robbie Roberson and seconded by Commissioner Robert Brown. Brittany Bechte, from Thomas Howell Ferguson presented a status report on the American Rescue Plan grant expenditures. The board then discussed future projects, including the broadband project, which is awaiting approved deliverables from Windstream. SHIP/CDBG Program
