Weekend bursts with flavor at Fourth Annual Strawberry Festival

Danny Federico reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com Throngs of strawberry enthusiasts flooded the Suwannee County Fairgrounds on Saturday, Feb. 24 and Sunday, Feb. 25, for the Fourth Annual Live Oak Strawberry Festival. Arts and crafts booths lined every inch of the Coliseum, allowing attendees to peruse an array of tasty treats and handmade items. However, that wasn't all. As attendees made their way to the back of the Coliseum and out into the fairgrounds, more food and craft vendors, game booths and entertainment could be found. Youth enjoyed jumping around inside the many bounce houses, playing carnival games, and even showing their skill in the batting cage. At the same time, adults ha
