Two of the three missing teens safely located

Bea Coker reporter2.riverbendnews@gmail.com The of Live Oak community was gripped by concern following the disappearance of three teenagers, who were last seen on Sunday, Feb. 11, at approximately 3:30 p.m. As of Friday, Feb. 23, two of the three girls have been safely located. However, 17-year-old Valerie Foster's location remains unknown. Foster is described as being 4'9” tall, weighing approximately 119 lbs. She has blonde hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white graphic design on the front and white Crocs.
