During this month, individuals are encouraged to prioritize heart health by adopting habits such as regular exercise, maintaining a balanced diet, managing stress and avoiding tobacco. Heart Health Month aims to reduce the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases, empower individuals to take control of their heart health, and ultimately save lives.
