Million-dollar embezzlement scandal unfolds in Suwannee County

The SCSO report states the owner disclosed suspicions regarding his former bookkeeper, 36-year-old Branford resident Ashley Nicole Dalton, who was allegedly embezzling funds from the company. The business, operating on a nationwide scale, entrusted its employees with credit cards for business-related expenses during out-of-office assignments. However, concerns arose subsequent to the termination of Dalton's employment. Upon conducting a financial audit, investig
