Georgia Perry represents Trojans at weightlifting regionals

Danny Federico reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com The Hamilton County High School girls' weightlifting team sent one lifter to the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Region 1A Championship on Saturday, Feb. 3, which was held at Suwannee High School. Although she didn't qualify for the State Championships, Georgia Perry still represented the Trojans with outstanding excellence. Perry competed in the Traditional event, completing a 105 lb. clean and jerk and a 140 lb. bench press for a combined total of 245 lbs.
