Trojans go to battle during weightlifting district championship

Danny Federico reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com The Hamilton County High School girls' weightlifting team had two of their toughest lifters advance to the Class 1A Region 1 District 4 Weightlifting Championship tournament, which was held at Suwannee High School on Friday, Jan. 26. Although the odds seemed stacked against them, Saige Davis and Georgia Perry didn't flinch from the competition, and made sure to put all their strength into each lift.
