Hamilton Commissioners shown preliminary plan for housing and commercial area

On Tuesday, Jan. 16, the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners met for its regularly scheduled meeting. The board began by hearing a petition to close 41st Terrace. However, Commissioner Robert Brown spoke up, saying he had already spoken to the petitioner and explained that the county did not have the jurisdiction to close the road, therefore, no action was needed on the item. The next item was a petition to open a dirt track racing facility.
