Learn all about living on your own with the Hamilton UF/IFAS Extension

Danny Federico reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com Adolescents will have the opportunity to gain insight into life after high school with “Living On My Own,” an interactive event hosted by the UF/IFAS Extension Hamilton County. On Saturday, Jan. 27, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., high schoolers will be able to participate in four interactive educational lessons: Your Future, Park Your Money, Credit—Does it Matter? and Getting Through the Month. Each lesson will allow students to explore career options, understand the difference between gross and net income, make a deposit and balance a checking account, learn about the advantages and disadvantages of credit, understand the components of a
