The News Service of Florida, at least, recently reported that discussions are underway about State Senator Ed Hooper, of Clearwater, is said to have revealed the planned redesign during a Senate Transportation Committee hearing. Hooper was quoted saying that a good chance existed that the new design would be proposed as soon as the 2024 legislative session, which is set to begin on Tuesday, Jan. 9. “Some of us think it might be time to look at redesigning the official non-specialty license plate for t
