Suwannee 4-H excels at North Florida Fair

Katie Jones Contributor On Saturday, Nov. 11, Suwannee County 4-H took 12 members to the North Florida Fair to participate in the Agriculture Judging Contest. Held in Tallahassee, Fla., the North Florida Fair is a regional fair open to youth across a wide range of counties in North Florida. Ag judging team members judged two classes of cattle and five classes of grains and hay before grading broken-out eggs. Suwannee County took two junior division teams to the contest. The team consisting of Ryleigh Dasher, Lexie Dasher, Ann Marie Goss and Maycee Mathis placed third, while the team consisting of Kiki Norton, India McInnis and Ryan Keeler placed fifth in the junior division.
