Lifelong community servant Sidney Lord passes away

He graduated from Suwannee High School in 1958, where he was a member of the Future Farmers of America Chapter and a football player. He was a lifelong resident of Suwannee County, serving in the National Guard and as a Mason and Shriner. On top of all that, Lord was a fifth-generation farmer, a career he would continue for 65 years. However, his community service did not stop there. Lord also served as a Trustee for District 5 at the Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative. Furthermore, he served on the board of the Suwannee County Farm Bureau, and was
