Branford man arrested for sexual battery

The report was filed while the unnamed victim was being evaluated at the Lake City Medical Center. Deputies with the Columbia County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) were able to obtain information from the victim, which indicated she had been sexually battered at a residence in Suwannee County in the early morning hours of Sept. 9.
