Despite having a better record, the Branford High School football team (7-2) had to travel to Mayo on Friday, Nov. 10, to take on the Lafayette High School Hornets (6-4). This would be the second time these teams faced each other this season, with the first match resulting in a 53-6 win for the Hornets.
