Branford High School’s Class of ’73 celebrates 50th reunion

Danny Federico reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com On Saturday, Oct. 21, Branford High School's (BHS) Class of '73 came together to celebrate their 50th reunion, a joyous occasion that brought back memories, camaraderie and cherished connections. With 22 classmates in attendance, the event was a heartfelt trip down memory lane and an opportunity to honor the past while looking toward the future. The evening began with a delicious dinner, followed by a touching tribute led by Alvin Federico, who paid homage to five dearly departed classmates with a reading of the poem "An Empty Chair" by Jill Eisnaugle. The five classmates who passed were Beth Suggs McKinney (49), Rodney Odom (62), Pam Hart
