A new construction site has broken ground at the intersection of US Highway 129 and Interstate 10, setting the stage for the arrival of a Starbucks shell building and sitework. The building plans show three units that offer 2,600 square feet of office space, while Starbucks will be in a stand alone office space at the same location. Two of the three office spaces are already under contract for occupancy for T-Mobile and Firehouse Subs. There is still one remaining office space available for leasing.
