On Tuesday, Nov. 1, after a joint investigation involving the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and Live Oak Police Department investigation, agents and deputies arrested 19-year-old Ja’Darius Malik Nathaniel Bellesen, of Sanford, Fla., for shooting into an occupied dwelling.
According to the FDLE, an investigation found that Bellesen shot into a Live Oak home and fled the scene. No one was injured. Agents and officers were able to locate him in Lake Butler, Fla. and worked with Union County Sheriff’s Office to arrest him.
Bellesen was booked into the Union County Jail. The Office of the State Attorney, Third Judicial Circuit, will prosecute this case.
