Hamilton County is growing and at the center of its growth is the city of Jasper. It was recently announced the Special Operations Forces Brewing Company (SOF) would be opening a location in Jasper. SOF’s mission is simple: “We brew great beers to share with great friends and great patriots.” SOF was founded by patriots and claims “for years, life has been all about kicking a** and drinking beer. Eventually, the years and the mileage catch up and you have to leave some of the a** kicking behind. As for us at SOF Brewing Company, we aren’t going to give up drinking beer, so we decided to kick a** at brewing it too,” The new location will be at 303 Hatley St., in Jasper. There is no announced date of opening at the time of writing.
