Many high school athletes are still looking for homes at the next level with the upcoming school year. However, that search is now over for two Branford Buccaneer greats, Justin Hernandez and Seth Humphries. Both were leaders on the track for the Buccaneers during their senior season, as they captured many school records on their way to bringing back a District Championship. Hernandez and Humphries then placed at the Regional Championships, which earned them the opportunity to compete at the State Championships. There, Hernandez placed sixth in the 800-meter and 1600-meter events. The two will begin their college careers running track for the Thomas University Night Hawks in Georgia this fall.
