The National BETA Club is an organization for fourth through 12th grade students with the purpose of promoting ideas of academic achievement, character, leadership and service among elementary and high school students.
Lafayette High School’s BETA Club recently recieved seventh place in the “Marketing and Communincations” and “Lead Outside the Box” competitions out of 60 participating schools in the National BETA Competition. The hard working students also received sixth in “Speech Division II.”
Additionally, Lexi Perrin of Hamilton County High School received first place in “Senior Agriscience” at the competition.This is not Perrin’s first time ranking high in BETA competitions, in February of 2022, Hamilton County High School’s BETA club attended the State BETA competition and Perrin received second in the state for Agriscience.
