Pamela Lipps, 73, of Live Oak, departed from her earthly home peacefully, with family present, at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2022.
Lipps was a sophisticated lady who was lovely on the inside and outside, with a wonderful sense of humor, sacrificing her needs for others and her family. She never wanted public recognition, but she is being recognized by Jesus for her many acts of service. She loved attending Mt. Gilead Baptist Church and volunteered at Love, INC, as well as performing acts of service in her church. While in her presence, she would make you laugh and enjoyed every minute of it. She will be greatly missed by all she touched.
Pam was born in Greensboro, N.C. on Dec. 28, 1949, to Edna and Julius Roach.
She was mother to Anthony Lee and James Brian Michaux and a devoted wife of 36 years to Lawrence (Bart) Lipps. She is also leaving behind two sisters and one brother. Contributions in her memory can be made to Mt. Gilead Baptist Church at 18305 56th St., Live Oak or to Love, INC at 120 Ohio Ave. N, in Live Oak.
