Jordan Sanchez is Suwannee County’s newest paramedic. On Friday, March 11, Sanchez was presented his paramedic patch by Suwannee County Fire Rescue (SCFR) Chief Eddie Hand, showing Sanchez completed the Paremedic program and the National Registry test. According to the National Registry, from 2014 more than 33 percent of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) fail the National Registry EMT exam on the first try. Sanchez has proven to be an incredible gift to the community. “Congratulations to Jordan on this great accomplishment,” SCFR said in a Facebook post, “You’re a great asset to SCFR and the community keep up the good work.”
