George H. Butler, 86, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022, in Lake City, Fla. Born in Philadelphia, Penn., on Nov. 22, 1935, he had been a Teamster member of local 331 and became an owner of a Convention Contractor Business for many years in Atlantic City, N.J. He raised his family in Brigantine, N.J. and retired in Live oak, Fla. He is predeceased by his parents, George and Caroline Butler; his wife, Alice C. Butler; his daughter, Theresa Westervelt; his son, Joseph Butler; granddaughter, Kelly Cohen; grandson, Kieth Cohen and sister, Caroline Bennett. He is survived by his daughter, Suzann Butler and his brother and his wife, James and Luise Butler. He has three grandchildren, John Westervelt, Angelique Butler and Jennifer Butler, along with many nieces and nephews, plus a bunch of extended family and friends. He will be missed.
