On Friday, March 4, 52-year-old Terry Lee Humphrey, of Jasper, was arrested on four different sexual charges. Humphrey was booked into the Hamilton County Jail at 7:30 p.m. under one count of lewd and lascivious battery of a victim aged 12 to 16; one count of molestation of a victim 12 to 16-years-old by an offender 18 years of age or older; one count of solicitation of a person under 16-years-old and one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a victim under 16 years of age. No bond was set.
