On Dec. 30, 2017, around 10 p.m., 44-year-old Jasper resident, Jaworski Williams, was found dead in his residence.
Upon further investigation, the death was revealed to be the result of a gunshot wound. Drug paraphernalia and two bullets, matching the gunshot wound, were found when searching the Jasper residence. Williams was last seen at approximately 2:30 p.m., on the same day, in Live Oak. He was also reported to have had connections to Lake City.
Now, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) and the victim's family are offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest, indictment and conviction of the person(s) responsible for Williams' homicide.
