Janice Murch Chapman, 90, of Dowling Park, Fla., passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021. The Rockland, Maine, native moved to Dowling Park in 1993 from Gainesville, Fla., and was a member of The Village Church in Dowling Park. She was a missionary on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico for 20-plus years. Chapman is survived by her three children Kenneth Chapman, Gainesville, Fla.; Jean Casey, Boskey Farms, N.M. and D'Arcy Chapman, Dowling Park; nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William "Bill" Chapman and brothers Malcolm S. Murch, Jr., Ronald Murch and Brian Murch. A memorial service was held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, at Daniels Memorial Chapel, with Dr. Timothy Setzer officiating.
