Frances Pauline Hunter, age 93, of Live Oak, Fla., passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center, in Lake City, Fla. Hunter was born in Jasper, Fla., on Dec. 25, 1927, to the late William L. Hunter and Doris "Moody" Hunter. She was a homemaker most of her life and anyone that knew Hunter could agree she was one of a kind. She enjoyed cooking, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her spouses, S.A. Fountain and Homer; her son, Richard Fountain and daughter, Doris Mcclure. Survivors include: her son, Sammy Albert Fountain (Brenda Winter and Dog Baby Girl); grandchildren, Sammy Fountain, Cynthia Fountain, Jacqueline Watson (Brian), Samantha White (John), Sammy Fountain (Amanda), April Vaughn (Bruce), Richard Fountain, Casey Mittion and Ashton Wolgamott; her step-brother, Clark Rodgers and his wife Marie and 17 great-grandchildren. As per her wishes, Hunter was cremated and private memorial services were held at Hebron Cemetery in Jasper.
