Sturge's at Ellie Ray's held their 9th Annual Biker Rodeo from Thursday night, April 15, through Saturday, April 17.
Thursday night featured a prime rib dinner and live music from Thom Duncan from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., then from 8:30 p.m. to midnight, it was a ladies night of karaoke and line dancing. On Friday, April 16, attendees were able to listen to the Bearded Brothers from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Saturday, April 17, was an action packed day filled with games, contests and special performances. Starting the afternoon off was Trevor Cartmill, with Team FMX, who jumped Sturge's on his dirt-bike. Following the amazing stunt was: a burnout contest and biker games at 1 p.m.; a performance by South Street Rock Band at 3 p.m.; BBQ awards at 5 p.m.; a bikini contest and more biker games at 5:30 p.m.; plenty of biker games and performances by Pete Hunt Southern Branded at 6 p.m. and Michael Allman from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Sturge's at Ellie Ray's is located at 3349 NW 110 St. in Branford.
