Two single-vehicle accidents result in fatalities

The first incident occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at approximately 4:25 p.m. According to report a report from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), a 37-year-old woman from O’Brien was driving a silver sports utility vehicle (SUV) south on State Road 247 near the intersection of Southwest Callahan Avenue at the time of the accident. For unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway, where it struck two signal supports before entering private property and colliding with a tree. First responders transported the driver to HCA Flori
