Jasper City Council bounces back from hurricanes

The meeting began with amendments to the agenda, with the council adding three items. After this, the board approved the agenda, followed by a call for public comment, to which there was no response. After that, the council members moved on to their consent items, including the minutes from three previous meetings and the September checks, all of which were approved.
