Letter to the Editor: “Why I Like Florida”

I like Florida because it has extensive access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. I like Florida because it truly is the Sunshine State. I'm originally from an area of the country where it's overcast most of the time. I like Florida because it's where a lot of the major league baseball teams come for their spring training, including my beloved New York Yankees. I like Florida because precipitation never seems to hardly ever turn white. I like Florida because they take diligent care of their highways. Rarely do I ever hear the thump of uneven roads, and it is very difficult to find a pothole in the state. I like Florida because it has the Keys with such a lovely drive to
