Bulldogs raise hundreds for cancer patient

On Tuesday, Sept. 24, the Suwannee High School Bulldogs hosted the Hamilton County High School Trojans for a volleyball match. The Bulldogs took the victory in three straight sets. However, that wasn't the main event of the evening.
Throughout the month of September, the Bulldogs have been hosting a fundraiser called “Go Gold for Childhood Cancer.” The fundraiser asked for donations at the concession stand to help support Jade Cato, the 9-year-old daughter of Jamie and Wade Cato, who has been diagnosed with a rare form of childhood leukemia.
