Man arrested for allegedly exposing himself to crowd while drunk

On Saturday, Sept. 21, officers with the Live Oak Police Department (LOPD) were sent to a residence on Hillman Avenue to speak with 53- year-old resident Jose Martinez Reyes. The original reason for the call was to trespass Reyes from the EZ Corner on Houston Avenue. According to a report filed by LOPD, Reyes had approached the cashier and threatened her by grabbing his own neck and running a finger across his throat, as if to “insinuate cutting [her] throat.” At the time, the cashier only wanted to trespass Reyes from the store.
