Local cadets excel in Civil Air Patrol Leadership Academy

The training, held over a weekend, is part of CAP's Florida Leadership Academy, which is structured into three levels: basic, intermediate and advanced. These levels teach cadets essential skills in leadership and group dynamics, with more senior cadets managing larger teams as they advance.
