Hearthstone Gardens Scarecrow Festival happening soon

Rachal Deming reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com On Saturday, Oct. 12, Hearthstone Gardens will be hosting its annual Scarecrow Festival from 10 a.m. through 3 p.m. The day will be filled with family-friendly fun for everyone to enjoy. Attendees will be able to hear the musical performances of Bridgehaven Performing Arts and Suwannee Porch Pickers at the pavilion throughout the day, snack on popcorn, enjoy hot dogs, experience blacksmithing, pony rides, hay rides, a cake walk, games, face painting and the anticipated Scarecrow Contest. To enter the Scarecrow Contest, your scarecrow must be constructed to withstand weather and have its own support system, be appropriate for family viewing
