Live Oak City Council discusses flooding concerns

The meeting began with the approval of the agenda, removing one item in regard to the planning and zoning board before approving it. The council then moved on to the tentative budget hearing. First, City Attorney Thomas Kennon presented everyone with the first reading for the millage rate, setting it at 9.2623. There was no response to the call for public comment, so the item was approved.
