The Suwannee River Riding Club is gearing up for its 68th Annual Rodeo, set to take place on Friday, Sept. 27, and Saturday, Sept. 28. This year’s rodeo will once again be produced by Stars & Stripes Rodeo Production, and promises an exciting lineup of events.
Rodeo fans can expect to see traditional events such as calf roping, bull riding, bronc riding, breakaway roping, team roping and barrel racing. The gates will open at 5:30 p.m., with the rodeo kicking off at 8 p.m. each night. Admission is $15, with children ages 8 and under being admitted for free.
The Suwannee River Riding Club is located at 9132 254th Ter., in Branford. rodeo, the community is invited to join in the fun on Saturday, Sept. 28, for the Branford The parade will begin at Cleve Sikes Field on Governor Avenue, heading west. It will proceed south on Suwannee Avenue, east on Highway 27, north on Drane Street, and finally east on Governor Avenue, heading back to Buccaneer Stadium.
