Man fatally wounded in bar fight

According to a report filed by the Suwannee County Sheriff's Office, Bispham and the victim were both customers at Racks and Rails Bar when the incident took place. Bispham and the victim began a verbal fight over a woman who was with the victim. Bispham proceeded to remove a knife from his pocket and threaten the victim with it. The report states there were three seperate videos of the incident that showed the victim standing passively and making no movement toward Bispham.
