You would be hard pressed to find someone who hasn't heard whispers of threats against a public school in the past month. It seems that there is a new threat every day, and everyone feels the same sense of panic, followed by relief and anger when it's proven false. They're very understandable reactions, as everyone is nervous for the safety of the kids, happy when they are safe and then angry at whichever foolish individual decided to threaten children at a school.
